Retention

We keep your Personal Information for as long as needed or permitted according to the purpose(s) for which it was obtained. In general, Sargento’s minimum retention period is fifteen (15) years. However, the final criteria used to determine our retention periods include (i) the length of the relationship with you; (ii) as required to meet our legal obligations; and (iii) as advised by our legal counsel considering such matters as applicable complaints, statutes of limitations, litigation, or regulatory requirements.
